As a first-time parent (or “during this pregnancy,” if applicable), I would benefit from having someone who can help me understand my options, advocate for my birth preferences, provide comfort measures during labor, and offer reassurance during what can be an overwhelming experience. I also value having postpartum support to help with my recovery, infant care education, breastfeeding guidance if needed, and the transition into parenthood. Having a doula would help me feel more confident, informed, and supported during this important time.

I plan to give birth at Winnie Palmer Hospital in Orlando, FL I am seeking a doula that would be covered under Tricare insurance I plan to have labor and delivery that is safest for baby. I will be using epidural. Certified doula that can advocate for my needs and help through the labor especially if it’s been a long labor. I was 32 hours in labor with my first and did not feel supported by the nurses.
