Hi there! I'm a birth doula and childbirth educator since 2012! I currently service the OKC Metro and surrounding areas for home, birth center, and hospital births. I believe that all families should be treated with love and respect through their pregnancy and birthing journeys. I also believe that education and judgment free support goes a long way in helping each family reach their birthing goals, no matter what turns their birthing may take. I would love to chat with you about your upcoming birth and see if we're a good fit!

I cannot say enough positive things about Jen. From the first time we met I was drawn to her open acceptance for all of my questions and birthing options. I felt very comfortable and supported by her. There was no judgment or push in any direction of choice, but she offered strong knowledge and information that helped guide me in my own decisions. We had great discussions leading up to my birth, and I felt much more at ease knowing she would be there with me. My labor was very long and hard but Jen was a comforting addition to my team. Many things did not go exactly as planned or hoped for, and she was amazing at explaining different procedures to me and taking care of me – from moving my body after my epidural to feeding me when I needed nourishment to supporting me with essential oils when I was nauseous to placing her hand on my chest to calm my breathing. Simply having her by my bedside was a comfort and I would highly recommend any mom-to-be to bring Jen on to their birthing team.

I was drawn to becoming a birth doula when I learned the maternal mortality rate for black women. I knew I wanted to do something about this and the first step I chose is becoming an advocate...a birth doula. I bring 1 year of heartfelt service to my role as your birth doula. I am trained through DONA International and have attended numerous births. My experience has taught me how to effectively support moms so they can truly enjoy this special chapter.

I have been a birth doula in the OKC metro area since November of 2016 and Certified Lactation Counselor since 2021. My passion for all things pregnancy, birth, and postpartum began during my own journey into motherhood. The more I prepared for my birth, the bigger my passion grew. My birth stories completely transform the way I saw myself and showed up as a mother. I now find great joy in walking with other families through their own transformation stories as they grow their families.

Im A Certified Birth Doula. Im 27, I have 5 kids of my own. I have given birth vaginally with an epidural, without an epidural, and my 5th kid decided he wasn’t coming out after he broke my water at 33 weeks & I had to have a random emergency C section to a super preemie baby. So I’m personally experienced in child birth, & have chosen to help other women because I felt alone, I didn’t understand at times. So I decided to educate myself and help other women so they don’t feel that way. I’m judge free, you will feel safe and comfortable with me, I promise. Your wants and needs will be heard. If you are interested, reach out to me.

Hi! I’m a NICU nurse at Oklahoma Children’s Hospital, where I’ve spent the past two years caring for some of the sweetest and most delicate little ones. I graduated from the University of Oklahoma’s nursing program, and before that, I worked as a nanny for newborns and children up to 10 years old. Caring for babies and supporting new parents is truly my passion. Mackenzie was a rock for my husband and I during labor and the birthing process. She set a goal to prevent traumatic births, and she met that goal with me. Without her, my birth would have been a very different experience. I cannot recommend Mackenzie enough!
