I am also going to be alone for this, my husband works nights, my family doesn’t live around, my mom can come to be with me few times a year for a bit. I’d pay using anthem ppo. Want to reduce the cesarean and I’m open to pain meds, as I have low pain tolerance. I get anxious and tend to be panicky. I am looking to do a home birth in 2027. I am not yet pregnant but will be starting to try to conceive in the next few months. I am looking for a midwife or OB for prenatal appointments as well as birth at home or at a birth center. I want someone that aligns with my values of natural birth and a more holistic approach to medicine. My budget is less than $10,000 out of pocket and I would need them to accept insurance and/or HSA for payments.
