My name is D’Anteryca, but most call me Tee! I’m your birth & postpartum doula, childbirth educator, and photographer. My nurturing spirit, knowledge, and passion has drawn many mamas to me, allowing me the opportunity to service them, their newborn, and family. I am a mother of four and love helping new moms as well as experienced moms have a smooth and healing postpartum experience. I have experience with breastfeeding (having breastfed all four babies as well as exclusively pumped) as well as how to overcome nursing strikes and bottle preference. I can teach new moms infant care - breast or bottle feeding, diaper changing, swaddling, bathing, safe sleep, introducing solids, tummy time and onto toddler care and beyond. I enjoy cooking and preparing nourishing postpartum meals that include milk-boosting superfoods, food rich in minerals and vitamins that postpartum moms need as well as comforting foods that will help moms feel taken care of. During my postpartum experiences, I focused on nutrient dense soups, stews, broths and teas and can offer this service to my clients as well. Whether you want someone to stock your freezer before baby arrives or have someone drop off meals once or twice a week - this service can be a huge benefit for moms who need the extra support. My care taking philosophy is a combination of the traditional Chinese medicine approach to nourishing the postpartum mother with intentional food choices as well as a time-old tradition of mothering the mother so that she can fully focus on her baby and rest during those precious early days together. When I was a new mom, I read all the baby books from attachment parenting to sleep training to baby led weaning. And as my kids got older, I read all the parenting books as well from French parenting to simplicity parenting. Now that I have a pre-teen, elementary age, almost preschooler and late newborn, I’ve realized that as long as you know the basics and baby is safe, loved and fed - everything else is figure-out able. And I would love to help new moms as they learn the basics, grow into their own and figure out the new routine/ rhythm that works best for them and their babies.

I am a birth and postpartum doula who serves all of Central Florida. I have been a doula for 7 years and a midwife birth assistant for 4 1/2 years. I have attended almost 400 births. I have 6 children of my own. I am very passionate about women’s health, pregnancy and education. Hi there, I'm Jen, the doula and photographer! I offer maternity, birth and newborn sessions. I am married to my wonderful husband with whom I share seven energetic kiddos, ranging in age from 1 to 12 years! My personal birth experiences, a mix of hospital and home, are what ultimately ignited my passion for helping other women along in their journey to motherhood. It baffled me that so many women don't receive the support and education they deserve. My youngest 3 children were born at home, and I was then able to finally experience how powerfully transformative birth can be when done with absolute support and reverence to the process. It wasn't until the birth of my 7th child, I felt the Lord impress upon my heart to pursue birth work. After linking up with Sylvia Scarlett, I attended a DONA International doula training course with the amazing Rae Davies to gain a broader perspective of birth, aside from my very own, diverse experiences. All of which has helped shape me to become the woman, mother, and doula I am today.
