I am looking for doula that can help me while giving birth and possibly after. This is my first pregnancy so I am also looking for someone that can be informative about child birth and help me outline a birth plan that will work for me.

I plan to give birth in the hospital, but I don't have a budget at the moment. I don't have a birth plan, and my insurance is Tricare Prime.

I plan to birth in a birth center as long as the pregnancy remains low risk. I'd like to keep the cost of a doula under 1,000.00. I'd like to birth naturally, with no epidural with meditation/breathing techniques to reduce pain naturally, while being able to freely move around.

I would like to labor and give birth at home, where I feel most comfortable and relaxed. I want to be able to move around freely, walk, change positions, and listen to my body throughout labor. I would like a birth pool I prefer to have an unmedicated birth and would like to avoid an epidural or other pain medications. Obviously if circumstances change I am open to being flexible as my safety and my baby’s come first
