For decadesI have worked with expectant and new parents as a childbirth educator (certified with ICEA), doula (certified with DONA and Hypnobabies), Bringing Baby Home educator and a retired nurse. I consider it an honor to help couples along this journey toward parenthood. I also have a masters degree in counseling and have been a couples therapist for years and recently became board certified as a mental health coach.

I have lived in Florida all my life. My happy place is by the ocean listening to the waves. I am married to my college sweetheart and we have 3 beautiful, wild boys. For all three, I had the same doula by my side sharing her 30+ years of wisdom. In 2023, I formalized my training and certifications and have been focusing on doula work full-time. I then moved to Saint Augustine to help my family take care of my beloved grandfather (Pe-Paw.) I lived in Saint Augustine for 28 years and recently moved to Palm Coast Florida. My journey to becoming a doula started as a child with my obsession with the “A Baby Story” tv show on the TLC channel. Life took a different path when I became a teen mom. Now the path has brought me back and I am overjoyed to be working with pregnant women. A long-term goal for me is to become a Midwife. Hi there, I'm Jen, the doula and photographer! I offer maternity, birth and newborn sessions. I am married to my wonderful husband with whom I share seven energetic kiddos, ranging in age from 1 to 12 years! My personal birth experiences, a mix of hospital and home, are what ultimately ignited my passion for helping other women along in their journey to motherhood. It baffled me that so many women don't receive the support and education they deserve.
