I plan to give birth at Saint Francis Hospital down in Tulsa. I have Soonerselect (Oklahoma Complete Health). My plan is to avoid the epidural and be as mobile as I can during labor/birth. I am a Christian as well so someone who also shares the same beliefs would be wonderful! I want to use music, dim lighting, and have a calm environment during labor as well. Breathing coaching is much appreciating!

I need help getting my baby to latch onto my breast to feed, she will latch occasionally but only when she’s sleepy or doesn’t realize it’s the breast. She is 3 months old and I’m hoping it’s not too late to have her latch.. I am currently pumping but I would really like help getting my baby to exclusively breastfeed. Any help is appreciated! Hello Rachel, I hope this finds you well. My baby is due to come soon. (Nov 23rd) but I'm interested in possibly switching providers. Would you be willing to discuss my options with you? I am 35 weeks as tomorrow (October 19th) I do have Gestational Diabetes (I manage through diet) and I'm 42 years old. My current OB has just scheduled me for my induction and I'm not very happy with the process. This will be my 2nd delivery. My 1st pregnancy I also had GD and had to be induced. my 6 day old baby is latching but it seems to hurt a lot after a few feeds, also when i hand express it seems like i have quite a bit but when i try to manual or electric pump im only getting about 30 ml total im scared im not producing enough to meet my baby’s hunger needs
