Hello! I currently have oversupply and mastitis without pain but I have fever and body aches and it only goes away after she’s eaten followed by a pump on my right side. We are currently using nipple shield only and now that she is back to birth weight I would like to transition to breast. She would latch but not suck so that is why we started with the nipple shield so that she was getting something in her tummy.

Postpartum services include breast feeding consultations ,sleep consultation and general postpartum care.

I plan to give birth at OU hospital in Oklahoma City, I am covered through my husbands united health care plan. I plan on having a VBAC birth, my husband wants to cut the cord, once its completely white. I also want to be able to move freely and comfortably during labor. We do not want baby to get jell in eyes once born. and no shots the first 24 hours after birth. I am located in Oklahoma city.

Looking for an experienced lactation consultant as I’ve had problems with breastfeeding so far. My baby was born on 12/13 and I’ve had to switch her to formula and pump because of the pain I’m experiencing. The hospital lactation consultant said she thinks it’s because of a small posterior tongue tie but they aren’t positive. I’m hoping this would be covered completely by insurance.
