Greetings All My name is Iyonia Shavon. I have been a Certified Perinatal Doula, Uzazi Village, 2019, Certified Labor Doula, CAPPA 2023, & NJDLC Doula Mentor. In 2021 I became a NJ Medicaid Doula contract provider with all New Jersey Managed Care organizations and founded my private doula practice Kind Comforting Births LLC. In January of 2023 I contracted with Commercial Horizon BCBS NJ Omnia self pay plans . In August 2024 I expanded to offer services to Horizon BCBS Federal Employee Pilot Program for doula care! As of December 2025 I can now accept Carrot Insurance! I have a passion to serve my community and all birthing persons especially those in BIPOC communities in efforts to decrease infant & maternal mortality rates. Hello, I'm Holly. I'm a mother of three vibrant boys named Earl, Ean, and Kai, and my youngest, a baby girl named Kira. My loving and supportive husband, Earl, completes our beautiful family. We call the northern Philadelphia suburbs in Bucks County our home. I started my nursing career in 2014, and spent five years working as a labor and delivery and postpartum nurse. I have experience working as a birth assistant to a home birth midwife and have provided doula and lactation support. I have ~9 years of experience in maternal-newborn health, I have supported several hundred births as a the primary nurse. I can’t wait to meet you and support you in your transformative birth!

Hello! I'm Vânia, a certified postpartum doula and the founder of The Rested Mama Village. What I do is simple to describe and hard to do well: I take the night, so you can take the morning. For twelve years I've cared for newborns and their families, starting in 2014 with five-day-old twins on an exchange program in the Netherlands, then across England, Austria, New York, and, since 2019, eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I've supported premature twins on their first night home, babies born through surrogacy, NICU graduates, and reflux that keeps a whole household awake. I'm ProDoula certified, DONA International trained, and CPR/First Aid certified. I hold a degree in Social Work from Brazil and I'm currently studying nursing at Bucks County Community College. All families are welcome here: LGBTQ+ families, single parents, families grown through surrogacy. I'm not here to tell you how to parent. Hi, my name is Amanda Sands. I’m a mom of three, certified postpartum doula, and the owner of Mama Love Doula, LLC, based in Pennsburg, PA.
