I need hands-on guidance on basic baby care techniques, including bathing, diaper changing, breastfeeding support, proper holding, burping techniques, swaddling for sleep, and baby massage. Ideally, a Vietnamese-speaking doula would be great, but English-speaking is also completely fine. I plan to give birth in the Balboa Navy medical hospital. My budget is on the lower side. Birth plan would be calm environment, only my doula, husband, and limited amount of doctors in the room. No student doctors. No episiotomy (unless medically recommended and/or justified), no male doctors, I do have questions about pitocin if the time comes, would like a epidural but birthing position to be hands and knees. I would also like a delayed cord cutting and deliver the placenta on its own time. We would also like my husband to catch the baby and cut the cord.

Hospital birth with home labor in Vista as long as possible. I’m hoping for natural, no intervention and hands off birth. Iv been very low risk and plan for that to continue. We are looking for someone to help be our advocate at the hospital, as we know sometimes a lot of pressure can be placed on the birthing parent while in labor so just another voice to reinforce my wants. However, we have flexibility in mind as I know how fast things can change but I do believe in the body and its ability to deliver children independently if allowed to!

Plan on giving birth at the hospital, I have blue shield promise which will cover doula coats hopefully as I cannot afford. Hopefully I can find a doula who is open minded, helpful, and willing to pass on knowledge as this is my first child.

We are looking for someone available starting August 19 or so, for two or three nights a week overnight Nanny support for our newborn. Perhaps one or two afternoons or evenings a week as well. Unmedicated birth, birthing in San Diego in the birthing center at UCSD. Would like to get through labor as calm, supported and educated on each position per cm dilated, my birthing plan and as I can. I have a husband that is very involved and wants to be a part of the process every step and wants help with how to best support me during birth. I do not want pitosin, and I would like minimal interventions as long as everything is healthy. I don't want them to rush me, break my water synthetically, take my baby away from my sight, or cut the cord early. I want to delay Vitamin K shot and maybe get the oral kind if I struggle with breast feeding. I am open to education and will be receptive to evidence based information that is mixed with experience.

I will be giving birth at the Naval hospital in Camp Pendleton. Hoping to find someone who is covered under my insurance-Tricare prime. I am trying for an unmedicated birth, but am open to intervention if things aren’t proceeding as planned. Still in need of education for myself and partner for birth prep.
