Hi! My name is Amy, and I'm a mom of five, pregnant with number six! Boy, Girl (c-section), girl (VBAC), girl (vbac2), girl (vbac3). I'm due November 7th with another BOY, and I'm looking to have a (mostly or all) unmedicated hospital birth at Scripps memorial Hospital Encinitas. Dr. Cap is my doctor, and I have a great team. But, my labors tend to be 16-20 hours (even after all these babies), and I tend to get so tired. Could use a little more support than just hubby. Looking for someone who will help come up with more solutions to pain management and energy replenishing/saving. I have a bag of tools I know work for me, but I am open to all the input! Would love to have some additional help! Hoping to find someone who takes Tricare Select.

I plan to give birth at a hospital. I currently have medi-cal. I have not created a birth plan but I would want to deliver with the least amount of intervention necessary. I want to be able to move freely and not be restricted and attempt to give a natural birth with no epidural. I am 25 years old and this is my first pregnancy so I just wanted to be supported and advocated for throughout my pregnancy especially as a first time mom and can provide emotional support to my partner as well. I am looking for someone knowledgeable, confident, supportive and will advocate for me during my labor.

My plan is to give birth either at the temecula valley hospital or on base hospital on camp pendleton, my estimated budget is around $6,000-$7,000 for 2-3 months of care. My birth plan is still something i’m working out since i am a first time mom. and im early in my 1st trimester. age to me does not matter as long as they are fully certified in the field, know CPR, and have at least 5-6 years of experience. My baby will be around 2weeks old when i start care so my main concern is that during the night time baby baby is woken up and feed as needed, only cleaning wise that would maybe have to be done is just dishes and washing laundry (not folding just washing and drying)

I would love some birthing support! Hoag Irvine birth center or Providence Mission Viejo is where I will give birth. This is my second baby, and the first time I got the epidural but it didn’t work. I would love to learn new positions and other pain relief during birth and not use the epidural. My husband is deployed now, and might not be there for the birth.

This will be my 3rd pregnancy/birth so it's nothing new to me but since it will be my last , I am looking to try something new and have a doula by my side. Both of my previous pregnancies I spent alone . Luckily this time , I have an amazing partner and supporter, just looking to add in a little support in areas he can't always fill. Looking forward to meeting the perfect match ! I plan on giving birth at a hospital just to be safe. Also, I have medi-cal/IEHP so looking for someone who accepts that !

I am planning to give birth in a hospital and am looking for a certified doula who accepts or is familiar with TRICARE Prime coverage. I'm not sure what to expect regarding the cost, so I am hoping to find someone whose services are covered by TRICARE or eligible for reimbursement. I am due on November 20, 2026. My birth plan is to try a low-dose epidural at first, with the option to increase it if needed. My goal is to have the best pain relief possible while maintaining safety for me and my baby. I prefer to avoid Pitocin unless it is medically necessary. I would also like to avoid giving birth flat on my back if possible and would prefer to labor and deliver in side-lying or other upright, supported positions as appropriate. During labor, I would like to use comfort measures such as a birth ball, peanut ball, and squat bar, and I prefer intermittent fetal monitoring if it is safe for me and my baby. After birth, I would like delayed cord clamping, to leave the vernix on my baby rather than wiping it off immediately, and to have uninterrupted skin-to-skin contact with either me or the baby's father for about the first hour before routine newborn assessments, provided my baby is healthy and does not require urgent medical care. I would prefer to delay the hospital bath and decline routine eye ointment unless it is medically necessary or required. I understand that my birth preferences may need to change if there is a medical concern for me or my baby. I am looking for a certified doula with at least 10 years of experience supporting hospital births. I am 28 years old, this is my first pregnancy, and I plan to breastfeed if possible but am open to supplementing with formula if medically necessary. I would also appreciate postpartum support, including newborn education, breastfeeding guidance, and sleep training support after my baby is born. Most importantly, I am looking for a doula who complements my husband's role rather than replaces it. As first-time parents, we want someone who can help create a calm, low-stress environment, guide my husband on ways to comfort and support me during labor, and empower us to work together as a team throughout the birth experience.

Looking for a doula that accepts our insurance plan we have Molina Healthcare Marketplace plan (happy to provide additional details to verify you accept). This is my 3rd child and will be shooting for my second VBAC. I have a very supportive provider and I am looking to add someone to my team that can help out during labor with position changes and additional support as needed. I am shooting for an unmedicated birth will be giving birth at Rancho springs in Murrieta.
