About Priscila

Hi, I’m Priscila, a Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist with over 7 years of experience supporting families through the early weeks and months after birth. I provide calm, nurturing, and evidence-based care during daytime, overnight, and 24/7 shifts, always honoring each family’s values and parenting goals. My approach is family-led, baby-centered, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and non-judgmental. I support singletons and twins, help navigate feeding challenges, and gently establish healthy newborn rhythms while prioritizing rest, recovery, and confidence for parents. I’m ProDoula-certified, trained in breastfeeding education and Infant CPR & First Aid, TrustLine approved, fully insured, Carrot-approved, and fluent in English and Portuguese. Above all, I believe the early postpartum days matter deeply, and it’s an honor to be a steady, compassionate presence during such a tender and transformative time.

Priscila was wonderful to work with. She stepped in as a substitute night doula for us and made everything incredibly easy. Her communication was excellent, and she knew exactly what to do before arriving and followed all instructions perfectly. She was friendly, prompt, and made us feel completely at ease. We’re so grateful for her support and would highly recommend her.

Pri was referred to me with the highest accolades, and I am able to add my voice to those. She has taken care of my daughter (starting at 5mo at the time), helping with learning to sit independently, introduction to solids, and related milestones for that age. My daughter has always been extremely comfortable and happy with her, and Pri always made sure I felt safe as a parent leaving their first child in the care of someone new. I have now just had my second child, and I have consulted with Pri regarding the initial stages of newborn care (breastfeeding basics, infant sleep, etc). She is hard working, and will tailor her work to accommodate what is best for the child and the family. We love her!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Priscila. She supported me during my postpartum period and truly made those challenging first weeks so much easier. She helped me prepare everything for the baby, kept our home calm and organized, and always knew exactly what we needed even before we asked. Priscila is patient, gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable. I felt so safe and supported with her by my side. As a new mom, having someone like her made all the difference — emotionally and physically. I highly recommend Priscila to any family looking for postpartum support. She is an absolute blessing, and we are so grateful for everything she has done for us.
