About me

Hi! I’m Rachael, a birth and postpartum doula and the heart behind ShenanDoula. As a mom of 2, I know how vulnerable and powerful birth can be, and I’m here to make sure you never feel alone in it. My goal is simple: to help you feel calm, informed, and supported so you can step into your parenthood with confidence and trust in yourself. In my free time, I enjoy baking, reading, and spending time with family.

Service introduction

I provide calm, compassionate birth and postpartum support for families in the Shenandoah Valley and beyond through in person and virtual services. My goal is to help parents feel informed, supported, and cared for through pregnancy, labor, birth, and early postpartum.
