Service introduction

As a fertility and birth doula, my philosophy is to guide women from hoping and wishing for a baby to embracing the beautiful transition from maiden to mother. There is so much that can be done to support a woman’s body and mind before pregnancy even begins. My goal is to help women find balance, restore energy, and prepare their bodies and hearts for conception and birth. In today’s world, so many women are weighed down by stress and fatigue. I strive to help women rebalance their hormones and increase oxytocin—the “love hormone”—so they can nurture a healthy, loving environment both within themselves and in their homes once baby arrives. This support extends beyond the mother. I also guide partners in learning how to provide emotional and practical support, helping both parents create a foundation of love and connection for their baby’s journey into the world. If your goal is to create a baby out of love, my goal is to help you make that love the center of your journey to parenthood.
