I want to work with a doula on pain management strategies I can use during labor and ways my husband can support pain management as well. I have insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield, and it is the BlueChoice Advantage EPO plan.

Hello, I'm due in December and looking for a doula to support me during the birth. My last birth was not ideal, I was given too much medication, kept throwing up which would delay me being able to push, and my baby's heartbeat stopped at one point which I didn't even know because I was so drugged.
