I am hoping to go natural but am flexible in my birth plan due to the risks of having twins (preterm labor, c section, etc). I am mostly looking for someone that can help provide care during the nights in the very beginning for the twins. I will be breastfeeding so I’ll be up as well but am really wanting help on changes, potential bottle feed once or twice through the night while I pump, and putting them back to sleep. I hardly slept with my first and struggled deeply with PPD and would like to avoid that at all cost. I am open to any caregiver but would prefer female only, and at least 2-4 years experience.

I am looking for a Christian/ Christ centered doula who is well versed in high risk black maternal health and can advocate well for me. I want hands off care as much as possible.
