This is my first ever pregnancy, I'll probably give birth in a hospital but I'm not exactly sure, I'm really scared about something going wrong in the delivery room and I need someone I can count on to advocate for me, I don't have a specific birth plan yet, I'm hoping to find a doula that is in network with my insurance (blue cross blue shield of Michigan - my parents' insurance), and this doula has to be able to be physically with me at my birth, so local in Virginia near Fredericksburg.
