I plan to have a natural birth in a hospital without an epidural or pitocin (unless the doctor deems it necessary). I want to work with a doula on pain management strategies I can use during labor and ways my husband can support pain management as well. I have insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield, and it is the BlueChoice Advantage EPO plan.

I plan to give birth at a hospital, I have tricare prime so it will be covered at no cost to me. I haven’t decided on a birth plan yet!
