My first baby, I am trying to see what doulas take Medicaid but I’m not sure what that looks like, I am planning to give birth at prince william

I am currently on my second pregnancy with twins! I reside in Fredericksburg but do plan to give birth at Stafford hospital, just like I did with my first. I am hoping to go natural but am flexible in my birth plan due to the risks of having twins (preterm labor, c section, etc). I am mostly looking for someone that can help provide care during the nights in the very beginning for the twins. I will be breastfeeding so I’ll be up as well but am really wanting help on changes, potential bottle feed once or twice through the night while I pump, and putting them back to sleep. I hardly slept with my first and struggled deeply with PPD and would like to avoid that at all cost. I am open to any caregiver but would prefer female only, and at least 2-4 years experience.

I would like to have a natural home-birth so I'm looking for an experienced midwife to help me achieve that. I'm on Medicaid so I'm hoping that will cover the cost of having a midwife.

I had a c section in Sept of 2024 and want to try for a vbac this time around. I plan to give birth at Prince William hospital UVA. I plan to give birth at Inova Fairfax Women's Center. I live in Fredericksburg VA. I am looking for a Christian/ Christ centered doula who is well versed in high risk black maternal health and can advocate well for me. I want hands off care as much as possible. Not many cervical checks. NO episiotomy or forceps. Labor the way a position feels comfortable to me. Also, a plus is someone with a trauma based care mentality as I have gone through sexual assault and I need emphasis on consent. I need someone who is going to help when fear tries to come up. Someone not afraid to pray and set the atmosphere well. My biggest fear is becoming a statistic and something happening to me during or after birth because no one listened to me and how I feel about my body. MUST ACCEPT CareFirst (Private BCBS). Hello, I am currently 20 weeks pregnant with my second child and am reaching out to see if you have availability for a high-risk client in the Fredericksburg or surrounding areas. My situation is urgent. I had a preventative cerclage placed at 16 weeks (following an emergency cerclage at 20 weeks with my first child). At my appointment, my doctors discovered my cervix has opened halfway. I am now on strict medical bedrest at home and taking vaginal progesterone. I plan to give birth in a hospital but i really want to be unmedicated as the last time i had a epidural it traumatized me and hurt so bad.

First time mom to be, I am 29 years old looking for a Tricare authorized birth and postpartum doula. Baby will be born at Winchester Medical Center Virginia, and I need some assistance on making decisions as far as the birth plan and what is the best route for me and my baby.

I plan on giving birth in a hospital. My budget is around $1500. My ideal birth plan, I want my husband in the room. I want to be able to walk around or be on a birthing ball. I want to try to have a natural birth but if I get to be in too much pain I want an epidural. This will be my second birth. I’m not opposed to an epidural. I want to try to have a natural birth but it any complications come up and a c-section is necessary I’m also not opposed, whatever is safe for me and baby. I want to have help with breathing techniques and coaching when it’s time to push. I don’t want forceps used, if help for baby is needed than I’m not opposed to the vacuum as a last option (avoid if possible). Delayed cord clamping for 2 mins. Skin to skin with mom and dad. I want to breast feed.

Hospital birth with minimal to no medical intervention. I want a doula to advocate for me and my wants/needs during birth. Someone to help with advise on pain management since I don't want the epidural.
