I plan to give birth in a hospital. My estimated budget would be covered by my insurance (Medicaid). And I am not sure of my birth plan.

1. I plan to give brith in the hospital. 2. Ideally would like to spend $1500-$1800 for a 2 week post partum doula. 3. I would like to try naturally, but am not holding myself to a pressure or standard to do that. Since it is my first, I am not sure what to expect or how I will respond but I would like to be prepared for all options.

We are looking to have a hospital birth at VCU. We are seeking someone who accepts CIGNA health insurance as I get $2,500 to help pay for Doula Services. We are planning to mainly use that benefit and want to minimize out of pocket costs as much as possible. This is our first pregnancy and I'm looking to have an unmedicated vaginal delivery. I plan to give birth via natural water birth at Embrace birthing center in Chesterfield. I am a first time mom and would like the most knowledge and preparation that I can get, and I believe partnering with a doula would be super helpful. We don’t really have a budget, as we’re unsure what services would cost. However we are flexible.

Reflux symptoms that require baby being upright all night and I am not sleeping because of it. Baby is Uncomfortable and grunting and I’ve tried dairy free and formula. Were considering an overnight doula to help us get sleep or someone who can give advice and problem solve his GI issues
