I embarked on a journey which took me halfway across the world to a charity birth clinic in the Philippines. Then I returned again to my mini-farm in Connecticut where I raised and home schooled my three children and ran a small community practice. Over a span of 15 years, my experiences included solo practice, busy group practice, and birth center, blending of traditional midwifery with formalized education. In 2025, I graduated from Midwives College of Utah and earned my credential as a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM).
