Certified Holistic Health and Womb Wellness Practitioner, Herbalist, Doula, and Nutritionist. I found my calling in birth work at the young age of 16, where I was present at at a family members birth, and never looked back! After studying Biology at Temple University and devoting a portion of my life to modern medicine, I found a passion in Ethnobotany, which led to applying a more holistic approach to women’s health- -hyper focused on women’s reproductive health. I aid women in womb wellness through overall health and herbal healing by way of yoni steaming, abdominal chirapsia, and nutrition counseling. My doula duties are universally geared toward family-directed, physiologic childbirth, antenatal and postpartum care, newborn care, herbal remedies, reproductive care(pre-conception to postpartum) and placenta medicine. 

As a mother myself, I'm passionate about childbirth, and just love spending time with babies!  I feel it is a true honor to be invited into a birth space as it is so intimate and sacred. I love serving families and bring babies to earth side Bringing new life into this world should be an empowering, beautiful experience, I believe that all expecting families deserves the support of someone trained and experienced in childbirth. I desire to provide education and help women and partners understand what is happening and make informed decisions throughout pregnancy and birth. I like to offer knowledge, resources support and confidence I receive my doula certification through Dona International. I have been able to attend Spinning Babies workshops I have worked as a doula at multiple hospitals, home births, and birth center. My goal is for you to know your options, feel educated, and supported no matter what your pregnancy and birth journey looks like.
When I'm not working I am busy with my beautiful girls and husband, love spending time outdoors and being with friends and family.

I was inspired to pursue birth work after becoming a parent and experiencing how powerful and transformative the birthing process is. I also do this work because it brings so much joy and connection. I believe that supporting families during such a vulnerable and sacred passage in their lives, providing access to care, educating and overall empowering birthing people to trust their bodies and intuition is truly fundamental for healthy maternal/ birthing outcomes. I am the proud mama of a magical 3 year old. In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors, hiking and watching the wild dance of our trees. I love eating and getting lost in a good book. I was born in Guatemala and moved to the states when I was 7 years old. Spanish is my first language. I got a Bachelors in Marketing at Missouri State University and moved to Austin shortly thereafter. I have been married for 6 years to a man who makes me laugh. Hi! I'm Lacey Dowlearn! I am a Birth Boot Camp certified Childbirth Educator and Certified Birth Doula serving Round Rock families. My journey in birth work began in 2007 with the first pregancy in my group of friends. She had mentioned wanting a midwife and I started researching. I had caught the birth bug and was hooked! The idea of women helping women made my heart happy. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to be an apprentice midwife at several freestanding birth centers; labor support for homebirth, birth center and hospital clients in Round Rock and surrounding areas and have recently certified as a CBE and Doula with Birth Boot Camp. I've been married to my partner, Danny, since April 2008. He has supported me through this journey and is a great partner. I am a mom to two beautiful little girls, Annie and Jane. Both of my births took place in my home accompanied by a midwife, my very first midwifery preceptor. I breastfed both of my babies for 2 years, tandem for 6 months. That was such a wonderful and bonding experience. I want to provide the best care to each mother who trusts me with her birth experience, whether that be in hospital or at home. I believe that having a positive birth experience is the right of every woman. I will strive to help each mother and baby have a special delivery.

My name is Meghan Boudreau - Doula and Placenta Encapsulation specialist with River Wild. Hello! I’m Gabrielle and I am a birth and postpartum doula. I was born and raised in a small town near Los Angeles, California and moved to Texas to open the first few In N Out Burgers in San Antonio. I met my husband and moved back to California to be more close to my family, but missed Texas- so we are back again! I have a husband, 2 kids, dogs, cats, and chickens. We are very active with our local shelter and almost always have a foster animal, or 3. For 2 years we lived in an RV traveling to 12 states, and we would love to see more. I homeschool my children, and in my free time I love to travel, explore nature, listen to music, and catch up on TV. I have a bachelor’s degree and I am currently going to school to become a Registered Nurse. After my second child, I realized how important it is to have a village. I believe if I had a postpartum doula, my fourth trimester would have been completely different. There are so many women that don’t have a good support system, even though everyone deserves one. Being able to help my family members and friends who were postpartum has been such a rewarding experience; it led me to seek out formal training in doula work so I could make a career out of helping people. I am a planner and love doing research. Even though birth is very unpredictable, I love being able to inform parents of their options, advocate for them, and be the calm in the storm. I have experience in creating birth plans, different positions to help labor progress, postpartum planning, newborn care, and breastfeeding.

We provide all you need to comfortably bring your baby into the world. The birth center midwives provide all of your prenatal care appointments, help you during labor and birth, and continue care for six weeks for you and baby. When you come to the birth center in labor, the deep soaking tubs help you relax. You can also choose to labor on one of the birthing stools, in a yoga sling, or on one of our exercise balls. Each birth suite has color changing lights, smart tvs, smart speakers, and oil diffusers to create a calm birth environment.
