Postpartum Meal Delivery (Prices Vary)
I like to approach postpartum nourishment from an authentic, balanced, intuitive and easy place. I have a lifelong background in cooking as a Cajun woman and have spent the last 10 years feeding my family based on what is seasonal, local, organic, humanely/sustainably raised, uses whole and natural ingredients and is economical. I draw from my background, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Weston A. Price/ancestral eating wisdom when crafting my recipes, and balance that with the budget, culture, preferences and needs of each mama I serve. I do not have set menus or recipes to pick from because of how intuitive and individualized my cooking process is. Prices vary based on the number of meals, snacks and drinks you’d like, quality preferences (i.e. conventional, organic, grass-fed, pastured, etc), fresh vs. frozen delivery and ingredient availability. The price I have listed is a rough estimate for the home delivery of 1 dish (approximately 4-6 servings), 1 half-gallon drink and 1 snack. Please reach out to discuss how I can help nourish you!
Recipes I have served in the past:
{Drinks}
- Bone Broth (chicken, beef or pork)
- Rose + Chamomile Golden Milk
- Hibiscus, nettle and lemon balm infusions
- Herbal Collagen Hot Cocoa

Birth Story Processing + Debrief (Virtual) Sometimes, a mama just needs to talk to someone objective yet well-informed about the way her birth unfolded because she was left confused, frustrated or at worst, traumatized. In an ideal world, the support and providers she had would be able to do this with her. Unfortunately, we live in a very polarized world where authority and compassion sometimes have a hard time coexisting. While I am not a licensed medical provider and cannot offer medical advice or expertise, I can listen, validate and offer my informed perspective as a mother and birth worker. My goal is for this session to be the first stepping stone in each mama’s journey towards finding peace, clarity, surrender, empowerment and reclamation of her life and birth story. I can assist in finding or making recommendations for healers, practitioners, classes and support circles after our session, if desired.

Bereavement Doula Support, Donation Based
The devastating yet beautiful reality of being able to hold life means that sometimes, we must also hold death. If you are experiencing an expected or unexpected loss, whether it is miscarriage, stillbirth, or neonatal death, I am here to walk with you through the fire and the deafening quiet. I have experienced stillbirth myself, and because of how devastating, beautiful and fundamentally life-changing it was, I feel called to this specific kind of service by God. Therefore, I offer my bereavement services purely on donation. No family should walk through this experience anymore disoriented or alone than they already are. Includes:
- 24/7 on-call support from 36-weeks (for expected loss)
- 2-3 in-person prenatal connections (for expected loss)
- Unlimited text, call and email support from the time we connect through 40-days postpartum/post-loss
- Continuous labor and birth support
- Guidance + support through memory making, bonding and gathering keepsakes while you spend time with your baby
- Photographs of you + your family with your baby
- Facilitating connection through loss between mama + papa
- Integrating + explaining loss to young children
- Integrating + explaining loss to friends/family
- 4 weekly in-person postpartum visits
- As much food as you will let me make you
- Loss and birth story processing + debrief, as many times as you need it
Lagniappe
(lan-yap)
While not a standalone package, the practice of giving lagniappe is a tradition rooted in Cajun culture. It means to give a little something extra as a gift on top of whatever goods or services you are receiving. With any support I give, I will always include extra sweetness because… I have to! Be it flowers, sweets, tinctures, tea blends, a junky romantasy book to get you through cluster feeding, or tacos + coffee at our visit because lightning crotch, hemorrhoids or a colicky baby kept you up all night- I got you, sha!
