About me
Hi, I’m Sarah! A bit about me- I’m a birth, VBAC, and postpartum Doula working out of the Durham Region and the East GTA area. I’m also a proud mom and pride myself on providing non-judgemental care to the families that I’m lucky enough to support. I believe that with my support, families can pass the burdens of certain obligations onto me so they can focus on their families and strengthen their bonds with one another!

Service introduction
I am a birth and postpartum doula where I prepare families for what to expect out of labour and delivery and postpartum. I coach comfort measures and advocacy. Families say how much they enjoy having a calm and knowledgeable presence. I also offer VBAC support by allowing parents to know how to advocate for themselves and guiding them towards evidence-based decision making. Lastly, I am a placenta encapsulator, using vegetarian capsules to allow new parents to receive all the health benefits offered by placenta consumption!
