7 weeks along with my first baby, looking for a midwife with a backup hospital nearby

someone to help me give birth at home. I am looking for someone to help me through pregnacy and birth.

I’ve had two previous c-sections looking to have a vaginal birth if possible.

I am newly pregnant and this is my first time. I would prefer a home birth but I am concerned that because I am very petite, I may have trouble. I am open to a hospital setting if it is more natural and midwives are present. Our budget is $7,000
