If you're looking for more hands-on support during the fourth trimester, you can add a customized postpartum doula care plan or choose one of my postpartum support packages for continued care in your home.

Families who know they'll want support after birth may also be interested in the Birth + 20 Hours Postpartum package, which offers the best value for seamless care from pregnancy through your first weeks at home.
Do you offer overnight postpartum support?
At this time, I offer daytime postpartum doula support only so I can provide families with attentive, hands-on care while maintaining a sustainable schedule for my own family.
Daytime visits are scheduled in 4–6 hour blocks, up to three weekdays per week, based on availability. During our time together, I can support you with newborn care, infant feeding, recovery, emotional well-being, light household tasks, and more.
If you're looking for overnight postpartum support, I highly recommend reaching out to One Love Doula. As part of their team, I'm happy to connect you with one of our experienced overnight postpartum doulas who can provide the care you're looking for.
If you're looking for a different level of daytime support, I'm also happy to create a customized postpartum care plan that meets your family's unique needs.
Is payment flexibility or a sliding scale available?
Yes! I believe every family deserves access to compassionate, evidence-based doula support, regardless of their financial circumstances.
Flexible, interest-free payment plans are available for all birth, postpartum, and fitness packages. I also offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots for families experiencing financial need.

Do you support all types of births?
Absolutely! I support families planning hospital births, birth center births, home births, scheduled inductions, and cesarean births. My role is to provide compassionate, evidence-based support and help you feel informed, respected, and empowered, whatever your birth may look like.
When should I hire a doula?
The sooner, the better! Booking early gives us more time to get to know each other, prepare for your birth, and ensure I'm available around your due date. That said, I welcome inquiries at any stage of pregnancy, and if I have availability, I'd love to support you.
Do I need to have a birth plan before hiring a doula?
Not at all! Some families come with detailed birth preferences, while others are just beginning to explore their options. We'll work together to discuss your goals, answer your questions, and help you make informed decisions that feel right for you.
Do you work with first-time parents?
Absolutely! Whether this is your first baby or your fifth, I tailor my support to your family's unique needs. First-time parents often appreciate having someone to answer questions, provide reassurance, and help them feel confident throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
What happens if you're unavailable when I go into labor?
I intentionally limit the number of births I accept each month so I can provide reliable, personalized support to every family.
In the unlikely event that I'm unable to attend your birth due to an emergency or other unforeseen circumstance, you will be cared for by my trusted backup doula and business partner, Sage. We've worked closely together and share the same commitment to compassionate, evidence-based, family-centered care, so you can feel confident knowing you'll be supported every step of the way.
Can I use HSA, FSA, or insurance to pay for doula services?
Depending on your plan, you may be able to use HSA or FSA funds for doula services. While I don't bill insurance directly, I'm happy to provide documentation that you can submit for reimbursement if your plan allows.
Will my partner still be involved if we hire a doula?
Absolutely! My role is never to replace your partner but to support both of you. I help partners feel more confident by offering guidance, encouragement, and practical suggestions so they can be as involved as they'd like to be throughout labor and birth.
