Shannon is exceptional. She has been providing impeccable childcare for my son since he was a newborn. She was the very first person I trusted to care for him shortly after his birth. Shannon was always attentive to my infant's needs. Later she was fantastic at keeping my son interested in reading, crafts, games, and creative play that had nothing to do with electronics. No easy task! Shannon has tremendous patience and loves to make the time fun; but she is no pushover and is able to maintain whatever ground rules you set.
