Service introduction

I provide caring, personalized support for families from pregnancy through postpartum. As a birth doula, I guide and comfort you during labor, helping you feel confident and empowered. Through childbirth education, I teach practical skills and prepare you for birth and early parenthood. As a lactation educator, I offer guidance and encouragement for breastfeeding or chestfeeding, helping you and your baby get off to a strong start. My goal is to support you with knowledge, confidence, and compassion every step of the way.

3 Prenatal Visits; (virtual, in-person, prenatal doctor visits, hospital tour.) Virtual Attendance of Birth; on call at 37 weeks, stays up to two hours of postpartum. 3 Postpartum Visits; ( virtual, in person, doctor visits.)
