About Shawnece
Hi everyone! My name is Shawnece, and I’m overjoyed to be a postpartum doula. Something about me is that I really enjoy organizing, planning, and researching. I love being able to prepare, find helpful resources, and make things easier for others. I believe these qualities will help me support families as they adjust to life with a new baby. As a postpartum doula, I want to create a supportive, comfortable, and judgment-free environment where parents feel heard, cared for, and confident in their new roles. I understand that the postpartum period can bring many different emotions and challenges, and I want families to know they don’t have to navigate everything alone. My goal is to provide encouragement, practical support, and helpful information while respecting each family’s unique needs and parenting choices. I’m looking forward to learning, growing, and making a positive difference in the lives of the families I serve!

Postpartum Doula Care
My postpartum doula care package is designed to support families as they adjust to life with a new baby. Every family has different needs, so care is personalized to help parents feel comfortable, confident, and supported during the postpartum period. Services may include: • Newborn care education and support • Feeding and diapering assistance • Light housekeeping and nursery organization • Meal planning and preparation • Emotional support and a listening ear • Postpartum recovery and self-care support • Helping families establish routines and adjust to their new roles • Providing community resources and referrals when needed My goal is to make the transition into parenthood feel less overwhelming by helping families focus on bonding with their baby, resting, and caring for themselves while receiving compassionate, nonjudgmental support.
