I would like to match with a doula that will help me prepare for birth, create a birth plan, and provide in-person support when the contractions start. We are New to NC (military) and in Southern Pines getting care through FirstHealth Women’s Center of SoPi. This is our first child and we are learning as we go. My husband will be deployed in May & I’m due in June. We have yet to establish a birth plan or know what to expect, but would love support in guiding the conversation and just encouragement through the process especially as I’m unsure my husband will be there for delivery / labor.
