About me

Hi, I’m Sheila, a faith-based birth and postpartum doula. My faith guides me to serve with compassion and grace. My path to this work began with my own journey through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with my two children. Those experiences showed me how transformative support can be. And inspired me to become the kind of help I wish everyone could have. For over six years, I’ve worked with children and families, learning patience, flexibility, and the importance of creating a calm environment. I completed my doula training and continue to grow through mentorship and ongoing learning. I’m committed to providing compassionate, evidence informed care while honoring each family’s values. At my core, I’m deeply empathetic. I believe every mother deserves to feel heard, encouraged, and empowered as she welcomes her baby. It would be a true honor to support you through this season with calm presence and genuine care.
