Planning visits : 2 to 4 meetings to build a birth plan to discuss comfort measures, and map out postpartum recovery. Birth : On call availability 24/7 on call window starting around 35 weeks until delivery. Continuous attendance: in person physical and emotional support from active labor through the immediate postpartum hour. Advocacy :Guiding on medical options and non pharmacological comfort techniques. Postpartum in home visits : Early checks ins to process the birth story and check infant feeding Hands on care: New born care assistance ,maternal recovery support , light household chores and meal prep. Extending window : Ongoing tet or virtual checks in ranging from 2 weeks to a full year postpartum

Schedule Cesarean

1 free consultation 1 prenatal visit in the comfort of your own home , to talk about what to expect during cesarean ,surgical options, postpartum healing and healthy transitions. Support at the hospital 2-3 hours prior to cesarean. support during cesarean if permitted by hospital staff. Immediate postpartum support 6 hours of postpartum doula support (split into 2/3 visits either at home or at the hospital
