About me

Hello! My name is Shelbie Frye and I am a Washington State certified birth doula and Postpartum Doula located in Lynnwood, Washington. I am passionate about helping new or experienced mothers navigate their birth and postpartum journeys with love and grace. Birth and Postpartum can be prepared for, even through the unpredictability and my goal is to make sure that we have a steady and flexible plan to get you through this rite of passage. Service introduction

Birth Doula - I provide continuous labor support and join you in-person during active labor and remain with you until 1-2 hours postpartum. Package includes 2 prenatal visits and 2 postpartum check-ins. Postpartum Doula - I support physical recovery, emotional transition, sleep, nutrition, household organization, and family adjustment. Additionally, I may assist with and support newborn care, feeding, sleep, and sibling adjustment.

Postpartum Doula - Daytime
From 7am-7pm, I come to your home and provide doula support to encourage family adjustment, home organization, and help with caring for your baby. Shifts range from 4-8 hours.

USD Per hour
Postpartum Doula - Nighttime
From 7pm-7am, I come to your home and provide doula support to encourage family adjustment, home organization, and help with caring for your baby. During the nighttime I allow parents to get rest while still ensuring baby is cared for and fed how the parents desire (breast or bottle). Shifts range from 4-8 hours. (Limit of one overnight shift per week).
