My milk supply recently started tanking more and more everyday and nothing im doing is working.

i have been breastfeeding my daughter since newborn, she is 4 months now. i've noticed she hasnt been latxhing very good and think my let down isnt "letting down" and she has lost over a pound since her last checkup.

I plan on giving birth at the Vanderbilt birthing center or at a hospital, unsure of which hospital yet if Vanderbilt birthing center in TN is unavailable. I am unsure of a budget, my husband says whatever I need he will take care of. I want an unmedicated vaginal birth, maybe have the option to use nitrous oxide during pushing or strong contractions. I want the option to do a water birth and use water therapy during labor. I want to be able to snack and drink water during labor, i want to be able to be mobile, I want to push in whatever position feels best. When baby is born, I don’t want the cord cut until it is white and not pulsing. No eye ointments for baby, no vaccines, no vitamin k shot. Nothing will be given to baby without my consent and knowledge. I want the room to be calm, low lights, soft music, maybe some aroma therapy, and calm/confident birth team that feels like family.

Latching difficulties and refusing breasts. Low supply concerns

I need a lactation consultant to help with my babies latch as well as a schedule to help with pumping to make sure I can have a supply in my freezer. My baby is 3 weeks old and has a tongue tie. We have been doing stretches and going to the chiropractor but I am in alot of pain and she is continuously feeding off of me for hours because I’m not sure if she’s getting enough.

This is my first child when she was born my milk hadn’t came in until 3 days after she latched great but had to supplement formula because she wasn’t getting enough started pumping and was very successful then a couple days later I couldn’t get but a couple drops I have a milk blend on my right that won’t go away and horrible chest pain on my right side when I wake up but goes away once I get moving
