About me

I am a mother of two, an RN since 1991, Lactation Consultant since 2013 and in private practice since 2018. My passion is helping women reach their breastfeeding goals for their babies. Breastfeeding may not be for everyone but if it is your goal and you are struggling, I want to help you. Often, it comes naturally but knowing what is normal, what to expect and having evidence based support will help you and your baby reach your goals.

Service introduction

I provide home and office visits for mothers and babies who need lactation support. Each visit includes a weighted feeding, customized care/feeding plan and ongoing support for you and your baby throughout your breastfeeding journey. I help you with evidence based information about what is good for mothers and babies based on science and best practices. I will help you learn about your baby and their behaviors so you understand how to help your baby and navigate this amazing but often stressful time in your life. Education and support mitigates frustration and stress. Your baby needs you and you need your baby, it's how you heal from pregnancy and hands down, the best way to feed your baby. If you want to breastfeed, I will do my best to help you.
