Hi there, my name is Sophie and I am a IBCLC Lactation Consultant and a Midwife, located in Vancouver. Originally from the UK, I have experience looking after many people from multiple backgrounds. Supporting individuals through the transition into parenthood is such a privilege and I am here to help with any feeding challenges. When not at work you will find me outdoors doing sports, depending on the season, in nearly any kind weather.

As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), I provide expert support for families navigating infant feeding. My services include personalized breastfeeding consultations, help with latching and positioning, addressing low milk supply or oversupply, managing nipple pain or damage, guidance on pumping and returning to work, and support for special circumstances such as premature infants or tongue/lip ties. I also offer prenatal education to help families prepare for breastfeeding success and ongoing support throughout the nursing journey.
