Looking for a doula or a midwife to help me during birth and with postpartum needs. I am feeling very nervous about labor/delivery and would like to have someone with me that can help me manage the process and that can advocate for me. I will be delivering at Huntington Hospital. My pregnancy is considered high risk so I am expecting a possible induction around week 39. I am hoping to find a doula or midwife that is in network with Anthem in order to reduce our cost as much as possible

Hello! I am looking for a midwife/OB with hospital privileges in the Los Angeles Area. I am having di-di twins and am looking for a provider to provide support for a vaginal delivery. I am in my second trimester. I have had two previous natural/complication free vaginal births (single). I am looking for someone knowledgeable and supportive to help me navigate this twin birth. I would love to look into home birth, but I don’t know much about it, I’m interested in knowing prices to know if it’s something my family can afford I have no idea as to how much all of this cost so would want a run down. I currently have la healthcare as medical and I know it’s a long shot as to anyone receiving medical through here. But thought I would give it a try as well if I can save myself from paying out of pocket. Budget for me would be about $2000 I would say? I want to do things as naturally as I can and allow my body to take its course during labor. I want to avoid interferences as much possible and even avoid cord clamping, or medications. Be as relaxed and mentally trained as possible for birth.
