Service introduction
I offer fortnightly calls throughout your pregnancy to prepare you with pain management tips, mindfulness and tips for a smoother postpartum experience. The earlier you start, the better prepared you will be! Birth affirmations tailored to you and also a written birth plan. Virtual support for your labour and birth, either by zoom, voice call or messages, depending on what you like. Daily calls for the first 5 days after birth and then weekly for the first 6 weeks. Monthly calls for the rest of baby's first year.
