Giving birth in a hospital, estimated budget 2,000. Unsure of natural birth vs epidural. Looking for experienced doula with Christian faith.
We are first time parents expecting a girl this month, we are interested in postpartum daytime services including newborn care and new mom support, breastfeeding guidance, and more. 1. We will give birth at INOVA Fair Oaks, and will be moved into our Winchester home this month. Our baby girl is also due 3/18, so we are excited for all the big changes! 2. We are interested in a postpartum doula or student doula, curious about services provided and pricing/packages, insurance coverage/reimbursement (BCBS), financing options, etc. We understand this service may be out of pocket and consider it an investment. 3. We will give birth in hospital and are looking for postpartum care. Thank you, Michelle Michelle.a.figaro@gmail.com

We are looking for a night nanny / doula that can help sleep train our 5 month old son. He is a very difficult sleeper that has become used to nursing to fall asleep. Sleep regression really started around the 4 month mark and has not gotten any better. Nights currently consist of waking every 2 hours and struggling to go back to sleep. Mom is having an extremely difficult time and needs help as soon as possible. Dad works full time and struggles to assist during the week. This is baby number 5, and we are at a loss. Budget at this point is whatever it takes to get a better sleeping baby.

We are seeking a postpartum doula to assist in the first 4-6 weeks of our new borns life.
We are looking for a Doula who can work with us leading up to birth, be there for the birth to help advocate and support me, and we’re considering a doula for postpartum but it’s not as necessary. 1. I’m supposed to give birth at hospital. 2. We are looking to get pricing. We aren’t really sure right now in terms of budget. 3. I’m having twins. I want a vaginal birth. I don’t want to be on my back, I don’t want epidural but if I have to due to c-section so be it. I want delayed clamping, I want the umbilical cord/organ to come out naturally I don’t want them tugging on it. I want music playing, I deal with migraines so if I can have low lighting in the room that would help me a lot. These are just some of the things on my birthing plan.
