I am looking for a doula who is supportive, knowledgeable, and confident in advocating for me in a hospital setting. I want a calm, peaceful, and empowering birth experience. My ideal environment includes dim lighting, soothing music, and a relaxed atmosphere. I am hoping for a natural, low intervention birth (water birth if possible) with a focus on breathing techniques, movement, and holistic comfort measures.
