I plan to have a in hospital birth. I want to try to experience a natural unmedicated birth. I am very unsure what I’m looking for in a doula.

We are looking for a postpartum doula or a night nanny to assist us a few nights a week for a few weeks (not sure duration just yet) after we bring our twins home. I would like assistance with feeding the babies at night, having bottles and pump parts cleaned and prepped, and assistance with laundry. Preferred experience at least 2 years. Not sure the normal hourly rate, but we would be willing to pay $30 or less per hour. Do not really want to go above that rate unless the individual meets all our needs and charges like $35 an hour.
