Immediate Postpartum Doula Care – gentle guidance and hands-on help as you adjust to life with your newborn. Prenatal Education & Birth Planning – helping you understand your options and prepare confidently for your journey. Virtual Support Options – flexible care for those outside my local area or seeking remote guidance. Each family is different. My approach is rooted in respect, evidence-based care, and a deep commitment to honoring your unique voice and choices.

For those who want help creating a detailed birth plan and preparing for the big day.

One in-depth prenatal visit (2 hours) to discuss birth i, comfort measures, and help creating a detailed birth plan.
Personalized birth plan tailored to the client's wishes, including pain management options, support team preferences, and interventions (or lack thereof).
discussion on birth positions, labor support techniques, and communication strategies with the medical team.
Creation of a backup plan in case the original birth plan changes.
a follow-up call to review the birth plan and answer any last-minute questions.
Call for backup if need extra support.
