About me

Hello, my name is Syriauna Wells-Brown, SBD, and I am the face behind The Precious Doula. I am a Birth and Bereavement Doula dedicated to supporting women and families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, NICU experiences, and pregnancy or infant loss. My passion for women's health began at a young age and has continued to grow through my education, personal experiences, and professional training. I am currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in Psychology and Neuroscience at Norwich University and plan to attend medical school to become an OB-GYN and Army Medical Officer. My academic background allows me to approach maternal care with an understanding of both the physical and emotional aspects of pregnancy, birth, and parenthood. As a doula, I believe every mother deserves compassionate support, informed advocacy, and respectful care. I strive to create a safe space where families feel heard, empowered, and confident in their decisions. Whether you are preparing for birth, adjusting to life with a newborn, navigating a NICU journey, or experiencing loss, I am honored to walk alongside you. My mission is to educate, encourage, and support women through every season of motherhood while honoring the unique story of every family. Because every mother, every baby, and every story matters.
