This 2-hour birth planning is your pre-birth guide without the full service birth doula perks. This comes with a “What you need to know” guide, hospital packing list and printable birth plan.
Birth Doula Service
This full service birth doula package comes with at least 1 prenatal appointment, birth planning, full in person or virtual birth support “, 1-2 hours of lactation support directly after birth and one postpartum visit.
