About me

Hi, I'm Tamara, a birth doula in training through the International Doula Institute. I have completed my childbirth education course and am passionate about supporting families through pregnancy, labor, and beyond. My background in healthcare and my role as an instructor have given me a strong foundation in communication, safety, and staying calm in high-pressure situations. I bring that same steady, supportive presence into birth spaces, helping families feel informed, confident, and cared for. I believe birth is a deeply personal experience, and my goal is to provide emotional, physical, and educational support so you feel empowered every step of the way.
