I created Little Light Doula Services to offer the kind of care I once wished for in those early newborn days—gentle support during the quiet hours when exhaustion hits hardest. I offer overnight postpartum care, including infant feeding, diapering, soothing, and light housekeeping so parents can rest. I also provide emotional support, breastfeeding help, and a nightly care summary so you wake up feeling more at ease. You rest — I’ll take care of the rest.❤️

One Night of Rest (8-Hour Overnight Shift)

A full night of postpartum support so you can sleep peacefully. Includes infant care (feeding, burping, diapering, soothing), light housekeeping (baby laundry, bottles), emotional check-ins, and a detailed note about how your baby did through the night.

3-Night Reset Package

Three restful nights of overnight postpartum care in one week. Includes everything in my 1-night package, plus a bonus daytime check-in via phone or text if needed. Payment plans available.

Five restful nights of full overnight postpartum care to help you settle into life with your newborn. Includes infant care, bottle/pump part cleaning, baby laundry, light emotional support, and text check-ins during the day if needed. Frequently asked questions

What hours are included in overnight care?

My standard overnight shift runs from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Custom hours may be available upon request.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! I offer split payments for all 3-night, 5-night, and 10-night packages. Half is due at booking, and the remaining half is due by the final shift.

What if I need to cancel?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your dates. If you need to cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, we can reschedule based on availability.

Do you help with breastfeeding?

Yes, I offer basic breastfeeding support and can help with latch positioning, burping, and bottle prep. I’ll also leave you a detailed note about how baby did overnight.

What makes you different from a night nanny?

As a postpartum doula, I not only care for your baby—I care for you. I offer emotional support, help you process your day, and gently check in on your well-being so you never feel alone in the journey.
