Hello! My name is Tanesha Jackson CCE, and I am a Certified Childbirth Educator, Postpartum Doula, and Labor Doula ( Trained by CAPPA). I have a passion to help parents during one of the most transformative times in their lives. The journey through parenthood can be a long one. Having a steady support system to help along the way and smooth out the kinks makes the journey easier. I am located in Brooklyn, NY. I have a background in childcare as a professional nanny with 25 years of expertise. My goal as a doula is to offer support that is inclusive and compassionate. I believe in the power of informed choice and the importance of nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. My approach is rooted in respect for each family's unique background, culture, and birthing preferences. I aim to create a safe, supportive environment where families can thrive. During my free time I enjoy a good audiobook and walk through the park with a latte in my hand and playtime with my sweet pomeranian Milo.

My virtual doula package is designed to provide the same compassionate support, education, and reassurance as in-person care—delivered through video calls, phone, text, and email. 🌸 Prenatal Support – 2–3 virtual sessions to prepare for birth, create your birth plan, and practice comfort measures. 🌸 On-Call Support – Continuous text/phone availability during your birth window for encouragement, guidance, and reassurance. 🌸 Pregnancy Support (Virtual) – Real-time video/phone support throughout pregnancy and to coach partners, suggest positions, and provide emotional grounding. 🌸 Postpartum Care – 1–2 virtual check-ins for recovery support, newborn care guidance, and emotional wellness check-ins. 🌸 Resource Access – Evidence-based resources, referrals, and personalized recommendations tailored to your needs. Virtual Childbirth Education Classes

What’s included: 🌸 In-Home or Virtual Support Hours – Flexible shifts tailored to your family’s needs. This may include: • Newborn care education (feeding, soothing, sleep basics) • Emotional support and gentle guidance as you adjust • Practical household help (light meals, tidying, laundry) • Support with feeding (breast/chest, bottle, pumping) • Resources and referrals for specialized care, if needed 🌸 Customized Scheduling – Daytime or early evening support and weekend support options available. 🌸 Family-Centered Care – Support for partners and siblings as you all transition together.
