Hello! I’m Tara, I’m a mother of two little boys and lover of all things birth. I’m a doula, student midwife, childbirth educator and placenta encapsulator servicing Sierra Vista and surrounding areas.

Birth & Postpartum Doula services

I offer birth and postpartum doula support, birth planning/processing and placenta encapsulation. Within these services I provide childbirth education, lactation support, herbal remedies, relaxation techniques and more to support you during the childbearing year.
