Taylor Alexander Postpartum Doula in Guelph, ON
About Taylor
I’m a passionate and experienced parent who knows firsthand how magical - and sometimes overwhelming the newborn stage can be. I had a doula for my own births, and that experience opened my eyes to just how beautiful and capable the human body is. I’ve always been drawn to the process of birth and early parenting, and I’ve loved every stage of being a mom, from breastfeeding all of my babies to babywearing, co-sleeping, and fully embracing the joys and challenges of the newborn period. My philosophy as a postpartum doula is rooted in gentle, intuitive support that honors both baby and parent. I believe every family deserves care, guidance, and reassurance as they navigate the first weeks and months together. I’m here to help parents feel confident, nourished, and supported - whether it’s through hands-on newborn care, breastfeeding support, light household help, or simply being a calm and encouraging presence when you need it most. My goal is to empower families to enjoy this fleeting, transformative stage with less stress and more connection, knowing they are seen, supported, and capable every step of the way.
