About me
Dr. Taylor Allen is a physical therapist born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio (Go Roadrunners!) before completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth. Taylor’s passion for pelvic health began when she recognized that pelvic floor function could be the key to overcoming the final barriers in a patient’s recovery journey. This realization inspired her to explore the pelvic floors essential role in movement and overall function, ultimately shaping her clinical focus and approach to patient care. Her vision is to be a skilled and impactful physical therapist who empowers individuals from all walks of life to move confidently, feel stronger, and live more fully. Outside of the clinic, Taylor enjoys weightlifting, reading, teaching her dog new tricks, and discovering the best brunch spots around town.
